Jill Farschman oversees the human resources, training and executive communications services of the company. She has more than 16 years of experience in training, business process improvement, human resources and executive communications. Ms. Farschman possesses an M.A. in speech communications from San Francisco State University as well as numerous industry certifications.
Most recently, as Director of Learning & Development, Ms. Farschman was responsible for ensuring the success of employee training and customer education programs for a fiber optics company. In her former training management capacity, Ms. Farschman designed and led implementation of a corporate-wide training initiative for a multi-state cable telecommunications company. In recognition of her contribution to the company's success, Ms. Farschman was made a limited partner after only six months with the organization.
Ms. Farschman has extensive business writing experience. She has developed several technical manuals, instructional materials and operational documents. She has edited corporate newsletters and written numerous executive-level communications from acquisition and workforce reduction announcements to comprehensive internal communications strategies.
As a college professor, Ms. Farschman received numerous teaching awards. She is a highly rated conference presenter and facilitator for a variety of well-received workshops.

Jay Farschman oversees technical aspects of the company. He has more than 19 years experience with computer and telecommunications technologies first receiving certifications as a wireless telecommunications repair technician in 1984.
Mr. Farschman's technology background includes the design and project management of several sophisticated Internetworking products. He was personally responsible for the rollout of 6,000 client-server database terminals, and the design and implementation of a phone notification system reaching 12 million people.
As a consultant for HiTechSavvy, Mr. Farschman has provided training and consulting services for three Fortune 500 companies, including Lucent and Avaya. Mr. Farschman also has experience with smaller organizations, like credit unions and telecommunications startup companies where he has provided technical architecture, implementation and data mining services in support of each company's business plan.
Prior to starting his consulting business Mr. Farschman worked as the Director of Customer Care and Technical Support for a startup ISP where he established a very successful help desk, and built a corps of sales engineers in support of the company's products. His group was responsible for the architecting, implementation and support of wide range of Internet products, including secure Internet access, web hosting, e-mail, Internet Banking, Internet Bill Payment.
Mr. Farschman’s experience in UNIX and NT systems administration, telephony, systems integration, training and documentation provide HiTechSavvy with a tremendous ability to provide comprehensive, competent consulting services.
